Howick Rotary is now live on Club Runner like large numbers of other Rotary Clubs locally and internationally. Effective immediately we are using membership, bulletin (keyway), and website functions. To logon go to our website www.howickrotary.org.nz (yes it is working) and then go to the member login on the top right hand side of the front page. You will then see the main menu however it has access controls that specify who can access various functions.
Start by having a look at your own profile and updating it by following the instructions. If you are uncertain or would like to know more go to the help tab which is on the top right of your profile page and then support on the left at the next level. Part way down the page you will see Club Members - Guide and Club Administration – Guide have a read and look at the videos.
All members and Club Executives have a role to play now in this ongoing project:
- Keep your profile up to date
- All club records are being progressively transferred into Club Runner. If you hold any digital records and photos that should be secured please advise me of the details and we will make the appropriate arrangements.
- Keyway please provide information as early as possible for publication.
- Website ideally we should have more Howick specific content. Any volunteers to assist?

Program and events – Please notify the most up to date information on the club program (who, what, when and any links); what events we have scheduled so that we can ensure they are in the system and we publicise them widely.
