Ravinder's Email regarding the Fun Run Walk ...
Dear All,
Thanks very much for your time yesterday in receiving my phone call regarding the above upcoming event, which we are very excited about.
Dana Jin and I are organising the Volunteers, and I have copied Stephen Passmore our Club President into the email.
Our Club would gratefully appreciate your Club’s support either by way of Volunteers or Participants.
I have attached Flyer which provides information of the event.
If any of your club members, or family and friends would like to volunteer, we would appreciate help on the following days:
- Tuesday 18th February – 9:30am to 3:30pm – help with set up
- Wednesday 19th February – 3pm to 8:30pm – help with the Fun Run Walk and packing up. The duties for the volunteers include – handing out water at water stations, marshalls around the track cheering and guiding participants, carparking guidance, and other.
Please note we require most of our Volunteers for Wednesday.
